Ichroma Cardiac Triple is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) for the quantitative determination of cardiac Tn-I (Troponin I), CK-MB (Creatine kinase) and Myoglobin in human whole blood/serum/plasma. It is useful as an aid in management and monitoring of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
